SororHarrison has spearheaded programs geared towards community building, community service, andsocial acclamation for <strong>Zeta</strong> and the housing department.As Chapter President of Psi Lambda, Soror Harrison creates, executes, and documents programs andevents sponsored by the <strong>Sorority</strong>, after which she communicates to the members of <strong>Zeta</strong> on a Nationallevel. Soror Harrison uses these skills to strive to reach her long-term goal of becoming a Dean of StudentAffairs.Soror Harrison has upheld the principle of Service through volunteering at <strong>Jersey</strong> Cares events, Make aDifference Day, Public Service Day of Service, multiple health awareness walks, and volunteering at achildren’s firehouse academy.Soror Harrison hopes to apply all that she has gained from <strong>Zeta</strong> to her future endeavors and ultimatelyleave her legacy by beginning an annual benefit dinner for the March of Dimes at Rutgers University-<strong>New</strong>ark.Elexis Andruzzi, Psi Pi (Seton Hall University)Soror Elexis Andruzzi is a junior at Seton Hall University pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor inJournalism. She was accepted to Seton Hall University on an academic scholarship and thrived academically,becoming a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Upon graduation, Elexis planson pursuing graduate studies in the field of psychology and working towards a Ph.D. She is currentlyworking at Kumon Learning Center, where she helps tutor and advise children from K -12th grade.Soror Andruzzi became a member of the Psi Pi Chapter during the fall of 2011. She has formerly servedas Grammateus of her chapter and is now the Psi Pi Chapter Basileus. She has also been elected the Co-Chairman of the Undergraduate Council for the <strong>State</strong> of <strong>New</strong> <strong>Jersey</strong>. Soror Black will not accept photocopies of Membership Intake kits/packets. A bundle of 10 kits is $20.00 from NationalHeadquarters. The new kits should be available now. Soror Black will not accept letters from colleges/universities in place of an official transcript. Transcripts also need toshow current classes in progress that denote the student is full-time and still enrolled. Undergraduate aspirants must have earned 12 credit hours at the institution they currently attend and through whichthey seek intake. Even if the current institution has accepted credits from another institution, a candidate is not eligiblefor intake until she has taken 12 credits at the institution she currently attends. The transcript for a graduate candidate MUST show the date of when the degree was conferred. Regardless of one's age, if a mature woman is enrolled on a full-time basis on an undergraduate campus where there isa <strong>Zeta</strong> chapter, she cannot be inducted into a graduate chapter.
