Kūpuna SundayKūpuna, which in Hawaiian means grandparents, arehonored today as we celebrate Grandparent’s Day inHawai‘i. Respected as the elders of the church, ourkūpuna are assisting in conducting this morning’sworship service. <strong>He</strong>re at Kawaiaha‘o, the oldest churchon the island of O‘ahu, you will regularly find kūpunaparticipating in the worship service, teaching SundaySchool, singing in the choir, sharing stories with our keikiand greeting our guests on Sundays.
