Insert closedtip end of earplug well inside ear canal while gently pulling top of ear up andback as shown. Press on flexible stem with a forward, up-and-down motion,and a final twist.Acoustic Check: In a noisy environment, with earplugs inserted, cup handsover ears and release. Earplugs should be blocking enough noise so thatcovering them with hands does not result in a significant difference. If properfit is not obtained, repeat fitting instructions.Visual Check: If properly fitted, ends of the earplugs should not be visibleto someone looking at you from the front. If either or both earplugs do notseem to be fitted properly, remove and reinsert.WARNING: Remove earplugs slowly with twisting motion to gradually break seal. Rapidremoval may damage eardrum. Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness and could resultin hearing loss or injury. Keep away from infants and small children.
