All produce for exhibition must be the property of the exhibitor andentered in the owner’s name and (except in the case of Floral Art) musthave been in his/her possession at least two months previous to the date ofthe <strong>show</strong>.2. Entry forms together with entry fees, must be made by 7pm on theWednesday previous to the <strong>show</strong>, or a double entry fee will be charged.Entries for the planter and the hanging basket must be in by Sunday 18thAugust to allow the judges time to visit all the entrants. All entries to Julia& Ted Whybrew at Grangelea, Grange Park or to Richard Preston, PrimroseGardens, North Side. Late entries close at 7pm on the Saturday previousto the <strong>show</strong> and must be delivered to the Whybrews at Grangelea, GrangePark, <strong>Steeple</strong> <strong>Aston</strong> or to Richard Preston, Primrose Gardens, North Side,<strong>Steeple</strong> <strong>Aston</strong>.PLEASE NOTE! – NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER7PM ON THE SATURDAY PRIOR TO THE SHOW3. Exhibits marked * in the schedule require a plate or dish which must beprovided by the exhibitor.4. Exhibits must be delivered to the Committee at the <strong>show</strong> not laterthan 10.15am on the day of the <strong>show</strong> and they may not be removeduntil after the presentation of the prizes. The marquee will be cleared at10.30am for judging.5. The prizes will be distributed at 4.45pm on the day of the <strong>show</strong>preceded by an auction of produce. Any produce for auction may be placedon the auction table at 4.00pm.6. Any exhibitor attempting to gain prizes dishonestly or wilfullyviolating any of the Rules and Regulations of the Society shall forfeit allclaims to all prizes. Any complaint must be made to the <strong>show</strong> secretariesbefore 3pm on the day of the <strong>show</strong>.7. The judges shall withhold any prize or points if the exhibits are notdeemed of sufficient merit and in all cases their decision shall be final.8. The Committee will not accept responsibility for any damage or lossand exhibits are accepted only on this condition.9. In the event of doubt or dispute arising as to the interpretation of theseregulations, the decision of the Committee shall be final.10. Exhibitors are requested not to exhibit items in Division 5, 6 & 8 thathave previously been <strong>show</strong>n at a <strong>Steeple</strong> <strong>Aston</strong> Horticultural Society Show.11. Please note: Exhibitors may only enter one entry in each class inDivisions 1, 2, 3 and 7.
