ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YEAR 12 GRADUATION FORMAL <strong>2012</strong>Date: Thursday 6 December <strong>2012</strong>Venue: The Convention CentreTime: Arrival at 6.00pm for group photo to be taken. Pre-dinner drinks to be served in thefoyer.B<strong>and</strong>: Bee Bee Gee, ten piece Big B<strong>and</strong>, playing a range of popular music throughout theevening.Tickets:Table Size:$115.00 per head, payable at the Front Office to Mrs Collins. <strong>Parents</strong> are invited toattend. Once payment is made the receipt/s are to be taken to Mrs Maher in theBook Room between 12.30pm <strong>and</strong> 1.00pm only for table bookings. Once paid youMUST put your name on a table immediately. Payment for tickets <strong>and</strong> seatingarrangements must be completed by Friday 23 rd November.Tables of 10 people are organised through Mrs Maher. Students <strong>and</strong> families arefree to nominate which table group they wish to join. <strong>Parents</strong> may sit either withtheir daughters or on a separate table with other parents.No. of tickets: Usually an average of between 4 <strong>and</strong> 6 tickets per student are sold for immediatefamily <strong>and</strong> partner. Please note that all ticket purchases must be made by the duedate. No last minute ticket purchases will be available.Photos:Master School Portraits will be present at the function <strong>and</strong> a <strong>Year</strong> 12 group photowill be taken at 6.30pm sharp, prior to the pre-dinner drinks. All <strong>Year</strong> 12 studentswill be issued with an order envelope with their ticket purchase, <strong>and</strong> individual orsmall group photos can be taken throughout the evening, at students’ expense. Theprices of ordered photos will be printed on the envelopes.
