Yes / NoSection Four - Health & Safety declarationThe Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires co-operation <strong>and</strong> coordination with all parties whilst sharing a workplace. It is acondition of entry into the <strong>Show</strong> that every Exhibitor, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier <strong>and</strong> their agents comply with the Health & Safety at Work etc.Act 1974 (HASAWA74) <strong>and</strong> all other legislation covering the venue. The Exhibitor accepts that it is their legal <strong>and</strong> moral responsibility to ensure that theirown <strong>and</strong> others health <strong>and</strong> safety is not put at risk by their actions (or inactions) during the show. Please complete this form affirming your commitmentto co-operation <strong>and</strong> co-ordination with the Organisers <strong>and</strong> Venue <strong>and</strong> the guidelines outlined in the exhibitors manual will be complied with.The Organiser has appointed an independent Health <strong>and</strong> Safety Officer to cover the build up <strong>and</strong> breakdown of the exhibition, <strong>and</strong> in all cases the HSO'sdecision is final.
