Greater publicity is needed to ensure residents know what isavailable from Wiltshire Council. Fly tipping; litter and the condition of the roads and lanes in the parish are of particular concern as is dogfouling throughout Biddestone and on the sports fields.Mobile phone reception is poor throughout most of the Parish.
