If an extended leave follows,he/she will either be assigned to another locati<strong>on</strong>, in which case their payroll will not be recordedat your work locati<strong>on</strong>, or he/she will be sent home and the payroll recorded at your school as <strong>on</strong>“Administrative Leave with Pay.” If <strong>on</strong> extended leave, a <str<strong>on</strong>g>letter</str<strong>on</strong>g> will be sent to payroll by theOffice of Human Resources notifying payroll of the employee’s approved leave status and thefact that he/she was placed <strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong>e-<strong>day</strong> of “<strong>emergency</strong>” leave by the supervisor.
