Registrations are accepted and confirmedonly after receiving the full payment. Registrations without proof of payment will not beprocessed.ConfirmationAn official confirmation letter will be sent by e­mail after receipt of full payment. Westrongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter at the registration desksin order to collect your badge and your congress material.CancellationAny cancellation of registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to thefollowing conditions:• postmarked until 20 th August 2012 – 100% refund minus $ 50,00 handling fee• postmarked until 22ⁿᵈ October 2012 – 50% refund• no refund for cancellation received from 23 rd October and for no­showName alterationsName changes will be accepted free of charge until 22ⁿᵈ October 2012; after that date itcan be processed directly on­site. A notification of a name modification must be put inwriting and e­mailed to the Organising Secretariat.16
