I have served as staff Governor in mylast school and enjoyed the role very much. I sat on the Strategy Committeeand the Finance and Premises Committee where I led the <strong>School</strong>'s bid tobecome a centre of excellence at the heart of the community. I joined SCEto take up the role of 14 ­ 19 Partnership Manager and have enjoyed everyminute of the job. In January I undertook the temporary role of Acting QualityAssurance Coordinator for SCE schools across BFG and Cyprus. I amlooking forward to my first <strong>SGC</strong> meeting at <strong>Sir</strong> <strong>John</strong> <strong>Mogg</strong> <strong>School</strong> and hopeto meet many of the children, parents and staff over the coming monthsKatrina is the Salvation Army chaplain in Detmold, andprovides pastoral support to the school, conducting regularassemblies.She has had much experience of school governorship, havingbeen a governor in many UK schools, ranging from early yearsprovision through to Sixth Form colleges.Acting Chief Executive –Kathryn Forsyth
