Every girl is able to raiseconcerns and make complaints without fear of being penalised or singledout. Each House has a House Council, House Prefects, School Prefects,Peer Mentors and other representatives on various student bodies. TheHouse Council is specifically charged with gathering and representing theviews of those in the House on the operation and running of the House.ComplaintsIf a boarder has a grievance, however big or small, she can approach anyof the members of staff in the House (her tutor would normally be theperson best placed to deal with the matter in the first instance) orindeed the School.
