DAGHDHA DANCE COMPANY | INFORMATION BOOKLET 2006 | DAGHDHA’S NEW HOME04DAGHDHA’S NEW HOMELocated in Limerick’s city centre, Daghdha Dance Company lives in beautifully restored historic buildings; theDaghdha Space (formerly the Church of St. John of the Cross) houses a multi-purpose space uniting creativework, play and life under its roof and No 1 John’s Square (formerly the Limerick City Museum) houses a dancestudio, offices and storage space.
05Designed by the architectural company Quinn Savage Smith, the buildings were officially opened by MinisterJohn O’Donoghue in May 2005.
