The Contractor / firm must be registered with building work department Govt. of Punjab / TMA / PECor any organization.2. The Contractor / firm must be NTN registered, in case of exemption, prove should accompany the bids.3. The bids are valid for minimum 90 days.4. The earnest money as call deposit refundable after completion of AR / SR works (@) Rs. 2% of the fullvalue of given rates in favor of Workshop Manager GTTC (TEVTA) Fateh Jang.5. Sealed bids are to be submitted upto 21 nd August, 2013 at 01:00 PM and tender will be opened at 02:00PM on same day in presence of AR/SR committee and the contractor or their representative.6. Payment will be made through cross cheque after deduction of all types of taxes as per prevailing ratesafter receipt. Inspection and acceptance of the annual repair must be in accordance with the givenspecifications.7. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes to be payable by firms which will be deducted at the time of finalpayment.8. The Chairman AR/SR committee reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the entire tenderwithout assigning any reason.9. The tender would be rejected if the amount of CDR is less than 2% of the total quoted price.10.
