1. Completed tenders accompanied with EMD should be submitted in person in sealed coverduly super scribing the name of the work and the date and time of opening of the tender.2. Any tender, which does not fulfill any of the prescribed conditions or is incomplete in anyrespect, is liable to be rejected.3. In case the tenderer is unwilling to quote his offer, he must return all the documentsforthwith.4. The right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons is reservedwith the Department.5. Temporary entry pass shall be issued to all the contractors and contract labourers only onproduction of any one of the photo Identity cards such as (i) Ration Card, (ii) DrivingLicence, (iii) PAN Card, (iv) Passport, (v) Voter’s Identity Card.6. The contractor shall pay minimum wages prescribed by the Regional Labour Commissioner(Central), Chennai, from time to time.7. All safety features of Zirconium Complex are to be followed strictly and Zirconium Complexis not responsible for any inadvertent accidents taken place during the work.8.
