DRYPOINT ® ACDRYPOINT ® AC:PAYBACK THROUGH SAVING ENERGYIT´S TRUEThe operation of compressed air systems withconventional adsorption dryers can suffer from strongsystem-related pressure drop. This deficiency needsto be compensated via an increased compressorperformance, this requiring a higher energy input. We would also be happyto inform you about ourDRYPOINT ® AC programfor volume flows of10-112 m 3 /h. For thispurpose, please ask for therespective brochure.Cold-regenerated DRYPOINT ® AC adsorption dryersoffer a convincing solution to the problem: BEKOhas developed an adsorption dryer which limitsthe pressure drop to an average of only 0.35 bar, including the pre- and final filters. Compared withconventional dryers, this represents an improvement ofover 50%. Thus acquisition costs will already pay offvia the saving of energy costs after an average of onlythree years.+1:+2:+3:The pressure drop of a dryer exertsa decisive influence on the energycosts which constitute up to 80%of the total lifetime costs. For a dryer, designed for acompressor performance of110 Kw (4000 operating hours,8 ct/KwH), cost savings ofup to 1000 Euro per year may beachieved in such a way.Energy Energiekosten costsin in EURO pro per Jahr year4000 40003000 3000200020001000 1000Pressure Druckabfalldrop90 90 kW kW75 75 kW kW55 55 kW kW45 45 kW kW0.2 0,2 bar bar 0.4 0,4 bar bar 0.6 0,6 bar bar 0.8 0,8 bar bar 1.0 1,0 bar barBEKOconventional adsorption dryersCompressor Kompressor160160kWkW132 kW110 kW+4:+5:2
