DRYPOINT ® <strong>AC</strong>DRYPOINT ® <strong>AC</strong>:THE BEST CHOICELOW ENERGY COSTS AS A RESULT OFA PRESSURE DROP LOWER BY 50%Components• All components of the DRYPOINT ® <strong>AC</strong> are adjustedto each other with regard to flow optimisation (e.g.curved inlet on the CLEARPOINT ® compressed airfilters, large pipe cross sections, large-scale valvecross sections).• Large drying agent bed: This offers additionalcapacity for the maintenance of the full dryingperformance, e.g. at an unexpectedly high volumeflow or low operating pressure.• A minimum of two silencers, installed to each otherto reduce noise.• Due to the particularly large surface area of thesilencers, a long serviceable life and reduceddynamic pressure is achieved. The flow velocity isreduced and, therefore, an extremely low pressuredrop builds up. This saves considerablequantities of regeneration air.• An adjustable regeneration air nozzle enables thechangeover to other operating conditions and offersadditional operational reliability with regard to thedosage of the correct quantity of regeneration air.Control• DRYPOINT ® <strong>AC</strong> is also suitable for non-continuousoperation. Reduction of the regeneration aircorresponds to the actual requirements via couplingwith the compressor (compressor synchronisationcontrol). Spare parts may be procuredworldwide, promptly and without problems.• Both drying agent containers are kept underalternating pressure. They are therefore, including allfittings, designed fatigue-endurable at rated operatingconditions for alternating pressure operation.
