It alsooffers sound quality that surpasses CDs,thanks to two 16-bit digital audio channelswith 48-kHz sampling. A linear audio cuetrack provides a third audio channel foraudio in the high-speed search and frame-toframeadvance modes.Built-in Time Code Generator/ReaderThe AJ-D250 has a built-in EBU time codegenerator and reader. Time code is recordedonto the sub-code area of each track,enabling to-the-frame precision and timecode detection during searches. Preciseindexing control is possible using a PC.Optional AJ-A250 ControllerThe AJ-A250 controller connects to theAJ-D250's RS-232C interface board andprovides simple, intuitive “mark-in” and“mark-out” remote control.
