I would like <strong>to</strong> apply for the position <strong>of</strong> Multi-functional Assist<strong>an</strong>t as advertised on the<br />
<strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Bedfordshire</strong>’s Careers Service website. I am currently studying for a MSc in<br />
Fin<strong>an</strong>ce <strong>an</strong>d Business M<strong>an</strong>agement at the university.<br />
I would like <strong>to</strong> work at Cineworld UK because it provides a wide r<strong>an</strong>ge <strong>of</strong> movie<br />
entertainment for cus<strong>to</strong>mers e.g. it is now the largest exhibi<strong>to</strong>r <strong>of</strong> Bollywood movies in the<br />
UK <strong>an</strong>d works closely with direc<strong>to</strong>rs in Mumbai. Also, in the last ten years Cineworld has<br />
become the fastest growing multiplex cinema chain in the country.<br />
As you c<strong>an</strong> see from my <strong>CV</strong> I have had a r<strong>an</strong>ge <strong>of</strong> experience in cus<strong>to</strong>mer service roles<br />
which have been developed whilst working with ICIC B<strong>an</strong>k <strong>an</strong>d the Taj Hotels Group. I have<br />
further enh<strong>an</strong>ced these skills through my studies <strong>an</strong>d extra-curricular activities. I have<br />
org<strong>an</strong>ised several charity shows, including a fashion show, as well as fundraising for <strong>an</strong><br />
org<strong>an</strong>isation who assist underprivileged children.<br />
I believe I am suitable for the above-mentioned position as I have subst<strong>an</strong>tial experience <strong>of</strong><br />
cus<strong>to</strong>mer service roles. Combining my studies with part time work has made it necessary<br />
for me <strong>to</strong> learn very quickly how <strong>to</strong> prioritise tasks <strong>an</strong>d remain calm <strong>an</strong>d flexible in a busy<br />
environment. I have had <strong>to</strong> be highly org<strong>an</strong>ised in order <strong>to</strong> meet tight deadlines both at<br />
work <strong>an</strong>d study.<br />
