Coach Prokosch was on vacation.Treasurer ReportBank Balance is $9,955.84Upcoming expenses:o Summer Social approximately $150.00o Youth t-shirts for Summer Youth CampA couple of singlets still need to be returned.September meeting is where members bring any budget changes they foresee.Committee ReportsCommunication- Steve has the dreamweaver discs and will bring himself up to speed with the program.o Overview/Vision: Steve would like to see the website being kept up to date as the maincommunication toolFundraising- Work in progresso Jaymi is working on a proposal to present to the Youth Football Program. She is proposing forBlaine wrestling to be in charge of concessions for the Youth Football Championship day.o We are on the schedule to work a high school football game concessiono Still tossing around the idea of a fall yard work fundraiser for the high schoolerso The youth pancake breakfast-a fee will be incorporated into the youth registration.Planning- NAEvents- Co-Chairs – Missy Meyers and Jaymi Gresetho Have secured a spot for the Summer Social. Watch for invite to come with details. It will beheld on Wednesday, August 15 from 5-9pm; rain date will be August 18.o Jaymi has put together an all inclusive events calendar for the club.Tournament- Dates are set for all tournaments.Equipment- Chair Ted Meyers absent. Missy reported:Summer camp t-shirts will be pursued through X-treme. Still need quantities, sizes and designinformation.Sponsorship Program-Ted is happy to help, call his cell or send email with questions or to arrange ameeting time.Bylaws Changes:• Language around meeting minimums still not drafted…will be done by next board meeting.State participant plaques: Not ordered yet, and may not be doing…Youth Equipment• Ted needs the pant warm-up that is damaged.• How many total warm-ups are damaged? Need to determine if we replace all or only thosedamaged.• Is there someone on the youth side that Ted can work with to help make decisions?Middle School Equipment• Don Studer or Middle School Rep. please contact Ted if see any equipment needs.

High School Equipment• Josh received a quote for singlets at $57/singlet for a total of $1,140 plus shipping for 20 singlets.He would like the club to vote on paying for all or a portion of this cost.• Would like to see the club purchase an ipad in addition to Josh’s personal one.Costs around $599-$699 depending on memory.Would be used to record matches, and end of year highlight film.Other ItemsCommittees should meet during July.Donna Duffy will contact John Sundgren to see if he is available and has interest in being a part of BlaineWrestling in some capacity.OpenNo booster club in July.Next booster club meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 15 at the summer social.No meeting scheduled for July.
