Being a rotary sealer the pack isfed through heated bars and pressed together by a twin rollermechanism which forms the seal. As there is only a smallamount of surface contact occurs at any one time, there is no temperature lossor variance outside safe toleraces, even with continuous use. Correct sealingtime is guaranteed by having the transport time pre-set. This heat sealer alsohas a pre-set self adjusting pressure which cannot be varied ensuring the bestpossible seal.F108TxThe F108Tx is the top model in the F108 series of <strong>Famos</strong> rotary heat sealers.The F108Tx sealer is the first out of the F108 range to include an automatic insert feed and reverse transport and a productioncounter with audible alarm. The automatic insert feed starts the transportation mechanism when packaging material is being fedinto the machine. In addition a manual reverse transport trigger assists in the aborting of a sealing run.
