Advancing the Career and ProfessionalDevelopment of our Members• Provide and enhance mentoring programs.• Create “ESP” (Educational Scholars)-likeprograms in research, health care delivery, andpolicy and advocacy.• Foster networking/connectivity.• Recognize excellence of our members tosupport their career advancement, and seekingways to enhance academic generalism• And of course, support our existing coreprograms
