ASTM C-1087 and ETAG 002 Paragraph 5.1.4.2.5 arequalitative adhesion test but a good indication for non-moving applications.Based on the results of the above test, we have determined that the Dow Corning Sealant tested is not adversely affectedby contact the cured sealant product tested. Dow Corning will not comment on whether the Dow Corning sealant willaffect the sealant product tested. You must consult with the supplier of the sealant product for their statement oncompatibility. Dow Corning cannot control any formulation changes by the sealant manufacturer which may affectcompatibility. To ensure full compatibility between sealants, we recommend that you consider the use of an equivalentDow Corning product for this application.
