INFORMATION REQUESTBusiness Accounting RecordsWe will request from you, at different stages throughout the year, your business accountingrecords.The frequency of this will depend on whether you are VAT registered and the frequency ofyour VAT Returns.Whether it is monthly, quarterly or annually, the nature of our information request is more orless the same.We require your business accounting records for a given period of time and this should becomplete in its entirety before we can commence any work.Appendix I gives a detailed checklist of the information required for Business AccountingRecords.Self-Assessment Tax Return (SATR) RecordsOnce a year we will send to you or place in Avar Own Cloud, a word document known as aTax Return <strong>Information</strong> <strong>Request</strong> Document (TRIRD). This document is a personalisedchecklist of the information we require to enable us to complete your personal tax return.This checklist must be completed along with providing the relevant documentation asexternal verification.Again, we must receive all information on a timely basis to avoid the cost to you escalating.The process for completing the SATR is given in this link.The Terms and Conditions for SATR work is given in this link.Appendix II gives a detailed checklist of the information required for your SATR RecordsBusiness Accounting Records.Property AccountsWhere you have Rental Income from properties, you will be required to complete an exceltemplate known as the “Property Recording System”.
