Recreational Clubs - 37(b)(i)Competitive Clubs - 37(b)(ii)Competitive / Recreational - 37(b)(iii)Lifetime Members - 37(c)Honorary Members - 37(d)Affiliate Members - 37(e)- one vote per club, plus additional votes in accordance withthe following:# Registered Athletes Additional Votes1 - 25 126 - 50 251 - 100 3101 - 200 4Over 200 5(in order to qualify to vote, club must confirm the numberof additional votes and the authorized representativeattending the meeting with the Registrar at least 7 daysprior to the meeting)- to nominated a representative to serve on any MGAcommittees for which their club is eligible- upon request receive, by mail, notices and minutes from /concerning meeting of the Board of Directors, TechnicalCommittees and other committees of the MGA- upon request, and upon payment of an amount sufficientto compensate the MGA for producing same, receive copiesof minutes from meetings of directors, members, orcommittees; regulations; constating documents; jobdescriptions of MGA employees;- to receive technical support, and apply for financialsupport, from the MGA, Manitoba Government, FederalGovernment, all through the Board of Directors- one vote, if 16 years of age or older- to be nominated by their associated club to serve on anyMGAcommittees for which their club is eligible- right to be nominated to serve on the Board of Directors- to represent the MGA at designated events when chosenby theMGA- upon request, and upon payment of an amount sufficienttocompensate the MGA for producing same, receive copies ofminutesfrom meetings of directors, members, or committees;regulations;constating documents; job descriptions of MGA employees;- to receive technical support, and apply for financialsupport, fromthe MGA, Manitoba Government, Federal Government, allthroughthe Board of Directorsno right other than those required under the Act- for certainty, they do not have the right to vote
