Preparing your eventIt’s so easy to prepare and run your own Brew for the Crew event.Just follow these simple steps:1. Choose a date and venueHow about holding your event at work for your colleagues, or at the local communitycentre, or at home with family and friends? GET SOME TEAA sample pack of Lifeboat Tea is included, and there are money-off vouchers on the backof this leaflet if you need more. Thank you to Lifeboat Tea for supporting Brew for theCrew events.3. Set your fundraising targetThe more guests you have, the more you can raise to help save lives at sea. Set your entryfee for the event and plan some other fundraising on the day. How about baking cakes,holding a quiz or having a bring-and-buy sale?4. Invite your guestsUse the invitations supplied in your Brew for the Crew pack or download an invitationtemplate from rnli.org.uk/brew (rnli.ie/brew in RoI) and send invites to your friends, family andcolleagues. You can simply invite a few friends or go large and invite your whole community!The more people who join in, the more money you will raise to help save lives at sea.
