CONSULTATIONS
The subject application was circulated to external agencies and internal departments.
There were no concerns with the approval of the proposed zoning by-law amendment.
See Schedule “C” attached for comments.
A statutory Public Information Meeting in accordance with the requirements of the
Planning Act was held on January 25, 2012. Property owners within 120 metres of the
subject lands were advised of the Public Information Meeting by direct mail as required
under the Planning Act and an advertisement was placed in the Caledon Enterprise.

CONCLUSION
The Development Approval and Planning Policy Department has reviewed the proposed
Zoning By-law Amendment in conjunction with external agencies and internal
departments and is of the opinion that the proposed Rezoning application is consistent
with provincial, regional and local policy documents. As such, planning staff
recommends the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment be approved.
