The line is comprised of three basic elements: worksurfaces, storage, and power/data solutions.Worksurfaces:The e5 series offers three shapes of worksurfaces – rectangles,trapezoids, and hatchets. The thickness of surfaces is 1 1/8" pressedwood particle board with thermally fused laminate on both sides,then finished with a 2 mm thick, color-matched PVC edge.For ease of specification and ordering, the e5 worksurfaces andsupports have been set up as complete assemblies with onemodel number including modesty panel options.Storage:e5 offers many types of storage units including:Surface height cabinetsMobile and surface-supporting pedestalsFreestanding wardrobes and bookcasesOverhead storage unitsAll storage units are constructed using thermally-fused laminateand are supported by painted steel legs 1 7/8" high with adjustablelevelers (except mobile pedestals). All storage units ship fullyassembled except for the legs which are field installed. All storageunits feature finished backs. Wood-grain pattern runs vertically oncabinet fronts, sides and backs, and runs side-to-side on horizontalsurfaces.
