Minutes of the Annual General Body of Tiruvalla YMCA held on 04-10-09 at 3 p.m.at YMCA Hall, Tiruvalla.42 nd Annual General Body Meeting of the YMCA began at 3 p.m. with President Sri. SajanVarughese on the chair. Prof. P.S. Zachariah led the YMCA Prayer & Paris Basis. The Meeting thenrose and stood in silence for a minute in memory of the departed souls of the Thekkady Boat Tragedy.Before going to other items in the agenda, the General Body appointed Sri. George Varghese as RecordingSecretary. The Hon. Secretary Sri. Biju Abraham Mathilunkal welcomed the gathering. Sri. SajanVarughese in his presidential address exhorted all members to join hands in the mission to fulfil theobjectives of the YMCA. He stressed the need to re-orient the activities of YMCA and to chalk outprogrammes to attract children & young people to the YMCA.
