Van de hoofdredacteurEn hier is dan het augustusnummer, in de maand dat de stichtingDKARS alweer haar eenjarig bestaan kan vieren op 7 augustus.Ondanks dat ook bij ons ‘de tijd vliegt’ kunnen we in dateerste jaar terugblikken op veel zaken die al gerealiseerd zijn.Het Bureau Ondersteuning Antenneplaatsing Nederland heeftinmiddels al tientallen radioamateurs met succes aan een bouwvergunninggeholpen, de werkzaamheden hiervoor van JanPA3FXB blijken in de praktijk in bijna alle gevallen dusgoed uit te werken. En al die inspanningen dan vooreen donateurbijdrage van slechts € 25,00 per jaar enzeg nou zelf, voor dat geringe bedrag wil een juristnog niet eens een envelop met daarin een vraag openentoch?Ook heeft DKARS in het afgelopen jaar al de nodigevoorbereidingen getroffen om beter te werken aaneen schone ether, daar komt in het septembernummerhet nodige nieuws over, onlangs heeft DKARS eenzogenaamde ‘Notified body” (Dare!! uit Woerden)ingeschakeld om eens op een serieuze manier eeneerste stukje uit deze problematiek aan een naderonderzoek te onderwerpen. Een verslag hierover enover onze vervolgacties dus meer in het komendenummer.Er melden zich al meer en meer personen aan voor hetDKARS Radioamateurpanel, maar hoe meer hoe beternatuurlijk, vandaar wederom de info hierover op de volgendepagina. Op dit moment wordt er gewerkt aan de ‘backoffice’voor het radioamateurpanel, we creëren een platform waar dedeelnemers echt objectief en anoniem naar hun opvattingenover een onderwerp gevraagd kan worden. En uiteraard zal destichting DKARS de uitkomsten hiervan respecteren en de opvattingenvan de achterban meenemen in overleg datwij met verschillende instanties voeren!Kortom DKARS zal het tweede jaar van haar bestaanzeker doorpakken op alle doelstellingen waar zijvoor staat!Naast de diverse vaste rubrieken die u van het Magazine gewendbent zijn er ook een paar rubrieken dit keer niet vertegenwoordigd(vakantieperikelen et cetera), maar toch nog 47pagina’s met interessante informatie.Een ding wil ik er graag even uitlichten, wij ontvingen een reactievan Hans, PAØEHG aangaande ‘een nieuwe bedreiging vooronze 13 cm band’ Het is een belangrijk stuk waar de StichtingDKARS inhoudelijk ook geheel achterstaat en waar wij als stichtingzelf ook actie op ondernemen! Although we alsonotice that 'time flies' we can look back on a first year where alot of things have already been realised.The ‘Office for Antenna Placement Support in The Netherlandsnow has already helped dozens of radio amateurs successfully inobtaining a planning permission. This work is done byJan PA3FXB and proves to be very successful. And allthat effort than a donor contribution of only € 25.00per year and let’s be honest, for that small amount ofmoney a lawyer would not even consider opening anenvelope containing a question, isn’t it ?Also DKARS made some preparations in the past yearto work on a better or more clear radio spectrum. Inour September edition we will present you all thenews concerning this issue. Just lately DKARS has usedthe services of a so-called "Notified Body" (Dare !!from Woerden) to investigate in a serious way the firstinterference case on this issue. A report on this andour follow up actions can be read in the next issue.More and more people subscribe to the DKARS Radioamateur panel. The more the merrier of course, henceagain the info on this is on the next page. As this is a‘Dutch issue’ we unfortunately do not translate this inEnglish. At present we are working on the 'back office' for theRadio Amateur panel, we will create a platform where participantscan be truly objective and anonymously to their views ona topic requested. And of course the DKARS Foundation will respectthe results, and take the views of the participants to theconsultation that we have with different bodies!In short: DKARS will be in the second year of its existencecertainly picking up all the goals that it standsfor!Besides the various regular features you're used toread in the magazine, a few sections are not represented thistime (vacation perils etc.), but still 47 we pages with interestinginformation.One thing I'd like to pull out, we received a response from HansPAØEHG concerning 'new threats to our 13 cm band’ It is animportant piece in which content is fully supported by DKARSand on which we also undertake action as a society!
