DX NewsBy Steve Telenius-Lowe, PJ4DXSomething a little bit different this month. I was lucky enough to be able to attend the ‘Ham Radio’ show inFriedrichshafen in June, so here is a pictorial report of ‘Friedrichshafen 2015’.There is so much of interest for the DX-er and contester atFriedrichshafen, as I hope these two pages of photos will show. PeterPJ4NX tells me that there should be a DKARS stand at Friedrichshafennext year, so put a note in your diary now: 24 – 26 June 2016!Above: An appropriate calsign: VHFDX-er and contester Dick PA4VHF.There was a lot of interest in Kenwood’s top-of-the rangetransceiver, the TS-990S.Left: I couldn’t agree more!On the Yaesu stand was their new all band (from 160mto 70cm), all-mode transceiver, the FT-991.ARRL President Kay Craigie N3KN helping out visitors onthe ARRL stand.DKARS Magazine, editie 14 -33- augustus 2015
