Research Grant Full Proposal:a. A copy of the original application that was submitted isrequired.b. The research grant proposal should include theprincipal investigator’s first name, last name andcredentials in the upper right corner on all pages. Thedescription of the research should be no longer than(5) typed (8.5 x 11) pages, single-sided.c. The investigator’s bio sketch must be included.The bio sketch should state the total number ofpublications but, list no more than 15.d. A budget, using the form on page 6, must besubmitted along with a description of any otherfinancial support.e. A short paragraph describing institutional support,career goals and how this grant would help theapplicant achieve these goals is required with the fullgrant submission.f. No more than (3) letters of support are invited.g. A 250-word public abstract for donor review and pressreleases, using non-scientific terms, must be includedin a Word document.h. The Foundation requires an interim report in a Worddocument of 3 to 6 paragraphs to describe progress todate which will be due October 3, 2016 with the finalreport due July 10, 2017. The Foundation will also askfor annual updates in a Word document if chosen as awinner of the grant.i. The signed application along with all of thecomponents of the full proposal should be e-mailedto research@foundationforwomenscancer.orgon or before 5pm Central Daylight Time on October28, 2015. The subject line should read FoundationResearch Grant Proposal.Please note: If any information is missing or directionsare not followed appropriately when submitting theabstract, it will be returned with an explanation, providedit is received at least seven (7) days or more prior tothe application deadline. The applicant will then havethe opportunity to resubmit the proposal before thedeadline of October 28, 2015.
