(SDM/PDA) Collaborative<br />
The <strong>WA</strong> <strong>Shared</strong> <strong>Decision</strong> <strong>Making</strong>/<strong>Patient</strong> <strong>Decision</strong> <strong>Aid</strong> Collaborative is convened by the<br />
<strong>WA</strong> Health Care Authority to promote the effective use of shared decision making<br />
processes and patient decision aids through demonstration projects, public/private<br />
partnerships, and collaborative resource development.<br />
SDM/PDA Collaborative Members: Identify, coordinate, and share <strong>WA</strong> SDM/PDA<br />
activities and resources; and related national activities; develop criteria and framework for<br />
<strong>WA</strong>’s legislative demonstration project; demonstration site support; forum for information<br />
exchange and partnership development; reduce duplicative efforts; provide expertise,<br />
best practices, samples, and resources.<br />
