Sponsorsof NCNA events and functionsshall be given preference inallocation of exhibit space/assignment of exhibitlocations. NCNA reserves theright to make and/or changeall booth assignments as itdeems appropriate.Cancellation of BoothSpace/Loss of Payment:In the event the Exhibitorcancels or otherwise notifiesNCNA of its intent to repudiatethis contract prior to August1, 2013, NCNA shall retain35% of the exhibit booth pricepaid as liquidated damages. IfNCNA receives such notice onor after August 1, NCNA shallretain the full exhibit boothprice as liquidated damages.The parties acknowledgeand agree that the precisedamages which will besuffered by NCNA as a resultof an Exhibitor’s canceling orrepudiating this contract areuncertain and not subject toprecise calculations and thatthe liquidated damages setforth herein are a reasonableestimate of the damages likelyto be incurred.Failure to Occupy Space:Any space not occupied by1:30 pm on Wednesday,October 2, 2013, shall beforfeited by the Exhibitorand space may be resold,reassigned, or used by theexhibit staff without refund,unless a written request fordelayed occupancy has beenreceived by the NCNA office bySeptember 1, 2013 and writtenapproval is received.
