What is Finito ® ?Finito ® is an innovative product, designedto change both the technological andcommercial concept of underpackingblankets.Finito ® replaces old underpacking blanketsand calibrated papers withan exclusive innovative material, eliminatingall the storage and management problems ofconventional underpacking.Finito ® has been developed for web-offset(Finito ® WEB self-adhesive), sheet-fedoffset (Finito ® S non adhesive and Finito ® Wself-adhesive) presses and for highthicknesses (Finito ® B double layer). It isavailable in many thicknesses and sizes.How does Finito ® work?Using the stick-tear off technology of its 0.05mm polyester self-adhesive films, Finito ®enables the right thickness to be easilyachieved.Finito ® is installed on the press just likeunderblankets and/or calibrated papers.Technical structure of Finito ® .The core structure is a modified TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane) – used in variousthicknesses - calendered to a PES film(polyester). PES films can also be insertedinside the polymeric master.One or more reusable PES films (thickness of0.05 mm) can be applied using stick-tear offtechnology.
