Subletting takes place when a lessee or tenant of a JTC factory, land or business park facility rents out a portion of hisbuilding space to another party. An anchor subtenant is a company that satisfies JTC’s assessment on value-added,remuneration per worker and employee profile, and occupies at least 1,500 sqm of gross floor area (GFA).2.
