<strong>DISC</strong> <strong>Teambuilding</strong>: <strong>Getting</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>know</strong> <strong>you</strong>, Continued<strong>Teambuilding</strong>ActivityInstructionsStepAction1 Provide a blank piece of paper <strong>to</strong> each participant.2 Have one person scribe for the group.o Scribe will read each description and then ask thegroup <strong>to</strong> guess who it is by writing down thenumber of the index card and the person’s name ona blank piece of paper.o You will read and describe all the sheets until <strong>you</strong>have the entire group done.3 Trainer: Tell the group who each description represented.As <strong>you</strong> identify the person, ask the identified person <strong>to</strong> give theScribe, 3 things they want people <strong>to</strong> remember from thatdescription.4 Once <strong>you</strong> have recapped all the descriptions, move on <strong>to</strong> theValues <strong>to</strong> the organization.5 Ask each individual <strong>to</strong> write their values up on the easel at thefront of the room.6 Discuss: What is a common project we will have coming up thatwe will all need <strong>to</strong> have a role in?7 Discuss: Now that we have identified our project, let’s imaginer alist roles that will need <strong>to</strong> be filled <strong>to</strong> successfully achieve ourgoal.8 Discuss: For each role, let’s now look at the <strong>DISC</strong> summaries andValues <strong>to</strong> the organization. Who might be best suited <strong>to</strong> fill theseroles?
