DISC Teambuilding: Getting to know you, ContinuedTeambuildingActivityInstructionsStepAction1 Provide a blank piece of paper to each participant.2 Have one person scribe for the group.o Scribe will read each description and then ask thegroup to guess who it is by writing down thenumber of the index card and the person’s name ona blank piece of paper.o You will read and describe all the sheets until youhave the entire group done.3 Trainer: Tell the group who each description represented.As you identify the person, ask the identified person to give theScribe, 3 things they want people to remember from thatdescription.4 Once you have recapped all the descriptions, move on to theValues to the organization.5 Ask each individual to write their values up on the easel at thefront of the room.6 Discuss: What is a common project we will have coming up thatwe will all need to have a role in?7 Discuss: Now that we have identified our project, let’s imaginer alist roles that will need to be filled to successfully achieve ourgoal.8 Discuss: For each role, let’s now look at the DISC summaries andValues to the organization.
