Thecomposer was working at the Music Department from 1934 until1939 and he edited La Merope by Domènec Terradelles and the SixQuintets by Antoni Soler. The exhibition will include letters andscores from different archives, like Felip Pedrell, Higini Anglès,Conxita Badía, Frederic Mompou, Josep Valls and Joaquim Homsarchives, among others.After the exhibition library staff will present a guided tour.

The composer was born in Vallsin 1896 and his first compositions date from this place. In theexhibition there are some letters, music manuscripts andphotographs from <strong>Roberto</strong> <strong>Gerhard</strong>After seeing the exhibition the delegates will have access to the<strong>Roberto</strong> <strong>Gerhard</strong> archive in the IEV, and staff from this instritutionwill explain how to access and the specific characteristics of thecollection.
