Course Description
The breadth and complexity of issues surrounding women's health
care makes it increasingly difficult for practitioners to remain current.
Contraceptive options, menopause, ovarian cancer screening, and narcotics
use during pregnancy are just a few of the prominent concerns in the
unique health care issues of women that will be addressed at this conference.
This conference is designed to bring together experts from a variety of
disciplines to discuss advances in women's health care in one concise
meeting. Primary care physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals
involved in caring for women will benefit from participating in this
conference.
Course Objectives
At the conclusion of this conference, participants should:
- Have knowledge of the role of statins in prevention of coronary artery
disease.
- Have improved communication strategies to make the most of short
office visits.
- Be able to discuss current ovarian cancer screening recommendations
and make appropriate recommendations to their patients.
Registration
Tuition: $395 Physicians (postmarked by April 6)
$325 Non-physicians (postmarked by April 6)
The course fee includes tuition, comprehensive course syllabus,
coffee breaks, continental breakfasts and lunch on Thursday for
registrants.
Refunds: Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $75, will be made only if
notice of cancellation is received in writing by April 20, 2012.

activity for a maximum of 14.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM.

Conference Location
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference
Center in Burlington, VT. The Sheraton/Burlington exit is 14-W on
Interstate 89.
A limited number of rooms with reduced rates has been reserved
for conference registrants at the Sheraton. Please make your hotel
reservations directly with the hotel (800-325-3535) prior to April 8, and
indicate your participation in this conference to receive special rates
($119 single or double occupancy per room, per night). Rooms
cannot be guaranteed after April 8, 2012.
Flash Drive vs Syllabus
Please indicate on the registration panel if you wish to receive a Flash
Drive with pdf versions of the presentations, or if you wish to receive
the traditional syllabus binder with printed handouts. (If you choose a
flash drive, then you will be required to bring your laptop. Extra books
