Recruiting Procedure/ Required Documents<br />
“We have adopted the international practices and procedures that are designed to attract and hire<br />
the best talent available in the market; thereby offering the best employee recruitment. We provide<br />
our client companies with not only a set of candidates, but also discussion on best-fit market<br />
availability, comparative benchmarking and a comfort knowing.<br />
Step 1: we are supposed to apply to the Foreign Employment Bureau with following documents for<br />
Approval.<br />

A copy of Power of Attorney duly authenticated by the Employer in favor of the Recruiting<br />
Agent to act on his behalf, attested by the Sri-<strong>Lanka</strong> mission abroad.<br />
A copy of the Demand Letter duly authenticated by the Employer consisting details of the<br />
vacancy and attested by the Sri-<strong>Lanka</strong> mission abroad.<br />
A specimen copy of Employment Contract or Service Agreement mentioning salary offered<br />
and schedule of benefits including Accommodation, Food Medical Facilities, etc.<br />
Step 2: After getting the approval of works demand from Labor Department we look for the matching<br />
profile in our Candidates Database in our website www.clorecruitment.com, we also post our<br />
vacancies in our Social Media Pages and post premium ads on the top Sri <strong>Lanka</strong>n Job Bank Websites<br />
and advertise in the national daily newspaper.<br />
Step-3: Selection & Trade/Technical test; we maintain an up-to-date data bank of potential<br />
candidates with full information on their skills, academic qualification, technical and trade<br />
qualification, experiences etc. Our expert team screens the sort-listed candidates by pre-interview.<br />
The final interview for the sort-listed candidates after prescreening can be conducted by the employer<br />
or his representative or by us taking oral, writing and practical test. We also undertake practical trade<br />
test at the technical training school if required under the observation of our selection committee.<br />
Companies can select the employees directly by an interview and practical test at office.<br />
Step – 4: Medical Checkup: Selected candidates are sent to an authorized hospital or clinic for full<br />
medical examination. The candidates who are medically and physically fit for employment will be<br />
eligible to sign the employment contract.<br />

Step – 5: Orientation After receiving employment visa and job offer letter, the orientation briefing is<br />
organized to make all works fully aware of the employment company, country’s law and orders, labor<br />
law, immigration policies and maintaining understanding and cordial relation between employer and<br />
employee. The orientation class takes special care in briefing them to strictly abide by the guidelines<br />
in the field of their employment and direct them to maintain good working relationships.<br />
Step – 7: Travelling Arrangement In all cases, we issue the tickets for our candidates to the concerned<br />
airlines to confirm the flight schedule from Colombo to the nearest airport of the working country.<br />
Step – 8: Mobilization Prior to their departure, we make them the affidavit to be signed between the<br />
worker and recruitment agency. This also includes handling over all the documents (Original Passport,<br />
air ticket, orientation certificate along with orientation book) to the employee.<br />
