FEATURES & BENEFITS<br />
APPLICATION/INSTALLATION<br />
35 YEARS FIELD PERFORMANCE. One of the first <strong>EPDM</strong> roofs<br />
was installed in 1965 and is still in service today.<br />
FLEXIBLE. Unlike conventional asphalt roofing, there is<br />
no stress failure from structural movement.<br />
WEATHERPROOF. Our <strong>EPDM</strong> membranes have shown little or<br />
no effect from sun, rain, hail, ice or snow over time.<br />
MINIMAL MAINTENANCE. Coatings are never needed, due to<br />
our membrane's high resistance to ultraviolet rays and ozone.<br />
WITHSTANDS TEMPERATURE EXTREMES. Our membrane<br />
will not split, crack or rupture due to extreme temperature<br />
fluctuations. It has a flexibility range of -75 o F to temperatures<br />
up to 300 o F.<br />
Photo shows the beginning steps of <strong>RPI</strong>'s fully adhered system. After the<br />
old roof material has been removed, new ISO panels are fastened down to<br />
provide a surface for the bonding adhesive.<br />
FAST, SAFE INSTALLATION. Our fully adhered system can be<br />
installed on new construction and retrofit projects without<br />
disrupting activities in the building.<br />
FIRE RATED SYSTEMS. Our applications are in compliance<br />
with both Underwriters Laboratory and Factory Mutual<br />
guidelines. (See UL and FM Directories for specifics).<br />
WARRANTY. Our membrane is offered with a FREE<br />
40 year membrane only warranty for fully adhered .060<br />
systems (FAS). Labor warranties are available for a<br />
nominal fee for periods of 5, 10 and 15 years.<br />
