Product Description
Royal Building Products, Electrical Solutions is now offering a new
line of light weight PVC electrical enclosures with oil, dust and
watertight. Our unique design incorporates a swing handle with
keyed ‘push-to-lock’ feature with three-point latching.
The door has a PUR-foamed seal. The PVC is UL94V-0 rated, with
the enclosures built to withstand NEMA 4X performance as tested
and listed by ETL. These line of light weight PVC electrical
enclosures are made in the USA.
Our complete line of Electrical Non-Metallic PVC Enclosures are
light weight, watertight and are non-corrosive and non-conductive
lowering installation and life cycle costs.
Certifications
Royal Building Products, Electrical Solutions complete line of
Electrical Non-Metallic PVC Enclosures are manufactured to meet
specifications defined in ETL.
Manufacturing
Royal Building Products, Electrical Solutions complete line of
Electrical Non-Metallic PVC Enclosures are manufactured by hand
and are designed and tested to meet all necessary industry
standards.
Labor Savings
These Electrical Non-Metallic PVC Enclosures are easy to install and
simple to join fittings to with the use of standard solvent cements.
Light Weight Material
The complete line of Electrical Non-Metallic PVC Enclosures are
much lighter then typical metal electrical outlet boxes.
Enclosure Configurations
Our complete line of Electrical Non-Metallic PVC Enclosures are
configured in various sizes to meet numerous project applications.
The weight of each enclosure box is dependent upon the size
configuration.
The Fulton Road Bridge project in Cleveland, Ohio used one hundred
and ten 20”x16”x8” water tight Large Junction Boxes set within
concrete that anchors the light standards.

Electrical Non-Metallic Large Gasketed Junction Boxes
Reduce the use of steel boxes and keep your wiring connections
clean, safe and dry with our ETL NEMA 4X rated large gasketed
junction boxes. The UL94V-0 Flame Rating is suitable for exposure
of up to 60˚C.
• PVC Type II material with uni-body construction and penetration
welding provides a strong and durable enclosure.
• PVC material allows the use of standard solvent cements for fitting
attachment
• Junction boxes are available with or without mounting flanges
• Custom features such as windows or panel mounts are available
• Custom sizes are available upon request

tight boxes are non-corrosive and non-conductive lowering installed
and life cycle costs.
• Gasketed covers are available with stainless steel fastening screws
or with a quick release stainless steel draw latch.
