This section contains illustrations and parts lists for the H20HP 

automatic extrusion gun. The components of the various as- 

semblies are shown here and referenced by part number where ap- 

propriate. 

Also included in this section are the charging kit parts list, a list 

of nozzles and a recommended spare parts list. 

USING THE ILLUSTRATED PARTS LISTS 

1. Study the illustration to find the specific part you want to iden- 

tify. Note the item number that accompanies it. 

2. Locate the item number in the item number column. 

3. The part number column will include either a six-digit number 

or a hyphen (->. If the part number appears in this column, the 

part is saleable and can be ordered. If a hyphen appears in- 

stead, the part is nonsaleable; in this case, the assembly on 

which the desired part is found must be ordered. 

4. The description column provides a verbal explanation of the 

part, including dimensions where possible. Note that several 

items are shown in Figure 6.1, Wiring Diagram. 

5. The required column lists the quantity of the part. This is ex- 

pressed either by a number or by an amount, such as feet or 

inches. A hyphen (-> in this column indicates that the parts is 

used in a nonquantifiable form. For example, thread lock ad- 

hesive is used as needed to coat threads. Finally, “Ref” is used 

at the top of the column t,o indicate that the items are listed for 

reference purposes only.
