Our Delphi style throttle bodies are designed, tested and re-tested to supply unmatched quality airflow 

to achieve maximum horsepower and torque gains. These units are fully compatible with all OEM 

factory components including cruise control. When it comes to v-twin fuel injection, Horsepower Inc. 

dyno-proven throttle bodies should be your only choice.

The Max Flow I throttle body and intake has a large plenum to maximize mid and high rpm power 

and torque. Max Flow throttle bodies are specifically engineered for larger cubic inch motors that 

require a larger amount of airflow.

The Max Flow II is a billet 62mm throttle body and cast 356 aluminum intake. The straight through 

bore offers maximum airflow. Perfectly suited for this unit is a high flow air cleaner that is included with 

the throttle body. No need to worry about air restriction with this powerful combination.

Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) problems have been solved with our single bore throttle body and intake 

manifold. Our Magnetti Marelli throttle body solves hard starting and erratic idling issues. Tuning 

becomes a breeze and the performance gains are superior to any other Magnetti Marelli conversion 

system.

Our MMXF throttle bodies are an extension of our current Magnetti Marelli throttle bodies that solve 

injector issues by allowing more air and fuel to pass and are made to accommodate larger cubic inch 

engines. Each throttle body is supplied with Delhi style injectors, a billet fuel rail, a 62-psi fuel regulator 

and factory Harley-Davidson fuel lines for easy installation.

Horsepower Inc. Throttle-By-Wire throttle bodies are CNC machined in house, from high quality 356 

aluminum castings to ensure perfect OEM quality and fit every time along with the OE factory 

electronics for direct plug in. The units are designed to increase airflow and improve horsepower gains 

between 10-15hp depending on vehicle application and other build modifications. Features including 

double sealed bearings, o-ringed gaskets, and billet intake flanges for the new modern throttle-by-wire 

application, make HPI throttle bodies #1 in performance and quality. Implementing our proven Max 

Flow series design, we offer a 55mm throttle body to 58mm manifold, and now also a 58mm to cover 

all the larger cubic inch builds. Simply send in your stock unit and in 3-5 business days turnaround time 

receive your new unit back. Proudly manufactured in the USA, all popular port configurations and 

custom application are offered including manifolds for B2 and the new Hurricane head.

We are able to rework your existing 2006-Present stock 45mm cable driven throttle body to a 48mm 

and your existing 2008-2010 50mm throttle-by-wire throttle bodies to 54mm complete with a full port 

and polish finish. All reworks have a 3-5 business day turnaround time from the day they are received, 

and are reworked in the order they are received. *We cannot rework 2011-Present throttle-by-wire 

throttle bodies. They must use above option.

Maximize your engine’s potential with an aftermarket airflow system. Aftermarket throttle bodies 

require more air to achieve maximum results. The V2 high flow air cleaner is equipped with a 

velocity stack inside the air cleaner to provide the air your engine needs for maximum flow and velocity. 

With a flow rate of 428.95cfm @ 28” it is proven for performance. The billet aluminum air cleaner can 

be used to enhance the performance of your Harley-Davidson® motorcycles, while allowing for a super 

clean look with three different cover styles to choose from. This air cleaner accepts either Delphi/CV or 

Throttle-by-Wire bolt pattern.

Our Street Elite air cleaner system is available for all v-twin model years, including stock and 58mm 

fly-by-wire. It is constructed of complete billet and stainless steel, comes with Hybrid external fully oringed 

breather system (also sold separately), and retains stock OEM cover or any center bolt air 

cleaner cover. This option will also completely eliminate any oil mist.

This air cleaner filter Upgrade Kit allows you to replace and upgrade your old filter at the same time. 

This kit has 25% more flow than the Harley-Davidson® stock filter, and is ¾” taller, but has 1 1/8” more 

element surface. It will fit all 2001-2005 bikes, and only one replacement filter is needed. It is the 

perfect fit for replacement filters at an affordable price.

Velocity Stack

Direct drop-in replacement for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles equipped with a Delphi engine 

management system. Our injectors feature a specifically engineered spray pattern that optimizes fuel 

atomization. 

2001-2005 Harley-Davidson® and 2008-present fly-by-wire models 

Our “Yellow Band” high flow injectors provide a fuel delivery rate of 6.2gps, which increases flow 

43% over stock injectors. They are highly recommended for engines making or exceeding over 115hp.

Intake Flanges and seals are designed specifically for any head and throttle body combination. Our 

intake flanges are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC machinery from aerospace-grade billet 6061 

aluminum. They are not prone to cracking or warping as other forged products. A variety of sizes are 

available to accommodate engine/head configurations.

Our Oil Cooler Mounting Bracket is a direct bolt on for 1999-2007 twin cam models manufactured 

from billet 6061 aluminum and polished for a clean look. It features optimized oil passages that flow 

nearly 30% more than other designs, leading to less oil pressure drop for a proven cooler running bike. 

The light weight design is engineered for easy fitment, and it allows for easy installation with any Jagg 

or aftermarket oil cooler.

Our Fuel Pressure Regulator is designed for greater fuel delivery and controls fuel pressure at 62-psi. 

It is engineered for a direct fit in 2001-2005 Delphi and all Margnetti Marelli systems.

EST. Most parts can be shipped UPS within 24 hours. Priority “Next Day” and “Second Day” orders 

must be placed by 3:00PM EST. Faxed orders can be sent to (814) 835-7072 and email orders can be

Payment: We accept cash, all major credit cards, and cashier’s checks and money orders via UPS 

C.O.D. Company checks only to previously approved accounts. A service charge will also be applied 

to all returned checks. Net 30 terms are available upon request. A service charge of 1-1/2% (a 8% per 

annum) will be added to all past due accounts. If the seller requires the services of an attorney, 

whether legal action is taken or not, in the event of any default, the buyer agrees to pay all costs of 

collection including, but not limited to, court costs and attorney fees. 

C.O.D.: Horsepower Inc. charges an additional $11 on all C.O.D. orders. C.O.D. shipments will be sent 

“Certified Check” or “Money Order” unless other arrangements have been made with the factory in 

advance. Please request an HPI Credit Application or open account status or company check. 

Shipping: We use UPS for shipping with freights and other delivery charges (C.O.D., insurance, etc.) 

collect. 

Custom Orders: All custom orders must be paid in full, in advance when ordered. The sales of custom 

orders are final and no items may be returned. A 50% deposit will be collected prior to all engine and 

bike builds. 

Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full 

return within 30 days, provided: 

1. You are the original purchaser and you purchased your items directly from HPI. 

2. You have a copy of the original receipt in the box with your current contact information and reason 

for return. 

3. The item is new, in its original packaging and has not been used, installed or tampered with in any 

way. 

4. You receive a RMA number from HPI. Return you package (pre-paid and insured) to: Horsepower 

Inc. Attn: Returns Dept. 4 Gasoline Alley Suite D Indianapolis, IN 46222. Your package must be 

postmarked on or before 30 days from the date of purchase. Credit will be issued for merchandise 

only. Freight, handling and associated fees are not refundable. For International shipments, please 

call or email info@horsepowerinc.net. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty: Limited guarantee- We continually inspect and try to improve our products. All parts have been
