MCH-C Series:

The MCH-C series provides intelligent solutions for heavyduty
cutting: robust swivel head + C axis + powerful spindle
= robust heavy-duty cutting in five axes. Three different sizes
are available and together with versatile automation components
make the MCH-C a powerful all-rounder.
High performance with stiff head
The extremely stiff C swivel head axis, combined with a hightorque
main spindle, forms the centrepiece of the MCH-C series.
Being developed and designed by HELLER, it has much to offer:
from heavy-duty cutting at 822 Nm, through to finish machining
at a maximum of 8,000 rpm, the MCH-C always provides highest
precision and outstanding machining quality.

The MCH-C series is based on a wide range of system modules
which can be combined according to production requirements

MCH-C Series
allowing you to choose exactly the type of workpiece and tool
loading solution that will guarantee highest productivity. Mixed
production is easily accommodated by the 5-axis machine, since
each pallet location can be loaded with a different workpiece.
The optional out-facing slide provides even greater flexibility.
