What is Mealtemple?
Mealtemple is a Food Delivery Service serving hungry people in
Phnom Penh since 2013. Our phone operators are fluent in English and
ready to serve you 10:30AM – 11PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How do I order?
Order online at www.mealtemple.com for the most up-to-date menus,
new restaurants and wine deals. If you experience problem with our
website you can order by phone on 023-430-606.
What is my delivery fee?
Delivery fee starts from $1 in Phnom Penh. Minimum order is $7.
How long it takes?
Your food will be delivered to you, on average, in 45 minutes. However
if your order is very large or you live very far from the restaurant, you
may want to order one hour in advance. In really bad weather or during
holidays we are much busier than usual so your order may take longer
than usual.
What if I order drinks, cigarettes, or cutlery
packs?
If drinks or cigarettes are ordered with your meal there will be no extra
charge delivery fee. If they are ordered alone, delivery fee apply.
Mealtemple charges $0.25 for every cutlery pack ordered.
Menu updates
Check our website often for new restaurants or additional items from
existing restaurants.
Service “issues” & tipping couriers
Please complain to us directly by emailing the founders at contact@
mealtemple.com or simply call us if you have any problems with your
order (or questions in general). If we do not know about a problem, we
cannot resolve it, or help you fix it next time. We close phones at 11PM
so if you order late in the evening and have a problem, please call us
the next day or email us and we will look into it first thing the next day.
Tips are not expected, but are appreciated. Please email mealtemple’s
founders at: contact@mealtemple.com if you are pressed by a
courier for a tip, or if they do not have exact change.
Same price as restaurant
Restaurants displaying the “same price as restaurant” logo have
the same price through mealtemple as they do in the restaurants.
However, some restaurants may raise prices on their in-house menus
after our menu goes to print, we allow them to adjust their mealtemple’s
menus to match. This means that sometimes, “same prices at restaurant”
logo restaurants may have a higher price than indicated in the book but
mealtemple’s still has the same price as the restaurant. Our website
always displays the most up-to-date menus & prices.
