The CEPS will start on Monday 5 September 2011 at l400lt. The main audiences
referred to this meeting are the National P0C, Organizational P0C and (Deputy)
Chairmen of the Control Groups.
6.2 Coordination Meeting (Deputy) Chairman Control Groups
0n Thursday 8 September 2011 at l300lt there will be a coordination meeting
between the (Deputy) Chairmen of the Control Groups to coordinate the
interaction and information exchange between the respective Control Groups.
The final agenda will be submitted in due time. Addressees are kindly requested
to submit specific agenda items (if applicable) to JPH.Hendrix@mindef.nl before
26 August 2011.
6.3 In-Processing
In-Processing should be done in accordance with the preliminary agenda on both
Monday 5 September 2011 from l300lt - 18001t and on Tuesday 6 September
2011 from 0730lt-0815lt. Invitees are encouraged to register on Monday 5
September 2011.
