INTRODUCTION 

Indonesia Cement and Concrete (ICCI) together with Pacto Convex Ltd. and supported by Indonesia Cement Association (ICA), Indonesia Road 

Development Association (IRDA), Japan Cement Association (JCA), Cement Association of Singapore (CAS), Cement Concrete & Aggregate Australia 

(CCAA), China Cement Association (CCA) and Korea Cement Industrial Association (KCIA) are proudly present the first Indonesia International 

Cement and Concrete Forum (IICCF) which will be held on 20-22 November 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

This international-scaled forum will consist of conference, plenary and technical sessions which will be held on 20-21 November 2007, followed 

by one day workshop that will be held on 22 November 2007 and 3 days of exhibition show from 20-22 November 2007. 

The main goal of the event is to promote advance cement and concrete technologies, concrete pavement technologies, concrete structure 

design and sustainable concrete technologies and applications, to set up of world wide network of expert to advance the skill, sharing and 

exchange experiences and making better understanding with other countries around the world. The event will also be an important driving force 

in the development of infrastructure concrete roads, concrete pavement throughout Indonesia, since concrete roads are accepted worldwide as 

cost effective long-life pavements. 

We hope that the dissemination of knowledge and experience will continue and improve and even more concrete road will be built all over the 

world. We really hope to reach participants from corner of the world and especially Asia and Pacific, not only emphasis the world wide character 

of the event but also create through the platform of science and technology a contact forum of different people, habits, cultures and religion.

FIRST CALL FOR PAPERS 

This is the first call for papers. For those intending to present paper, 

previously not published, are requested to submit : 

The title (not more than twelve words) and the abstract of each paper 

(between 300 – 400 words) should be submitted before 31 May 2007. 

Selection papers will initially be based on the abstracts. The successful 

authors will be notified not later than 29 June 2007 and will be invited 

to submit the full texts not later than 31 August 2007. The text 

(manuscript and illustrations) should closely adhere to international 

publication standards. Intending authors will be given, on request, a 

copy of the publication style and specification for submission of papers. 

Any correspondence on submission of paper should be addressed 

directly to the Conference Organizer at the address given at the end of 

this announcement.

LANGUAGE 

Conference : The official language of the Conference will be 

in English. 

Workshop : The official language of the Worskhop will be in 

English, but the workshop might be also available in 

Indonesian. Translation facilities will not be made available. 

EXHIBITION 

A commercial exhibition will be held in conjunction with 

Indonesia International Cement and Concrete Forum 2007. 

26 booths will be prepared by the Organizing Committee 

and will be located at the Flores Promenade, Hotel Borobudur 

Jakarta, situated at the same floor with the Conference 

room. Furthermore, the coffee breaks will also be held at the 

same area with the exhibition. All of these are to ensure the 

maximum attendance from the participants of Indonesia 

International Cement and Concrete Forum 2007. 

Rental Rate for 1 booth (3 x 3 m) is USD 2,500.00 includes: 2 

(two) persons as Stand Guides, Exhibition Kits, Coffee Break 

and Lunches. Exhibitors are not allowed to attend the 

Conference and Workshop. Should you wish to participate, 

you will be charged with the Registration Fee.
