Designed for vibration resistance and
reliability, featuring conical lock through
bolts and various thread lock systems for
overall structural integrity
Heavy-duty aluminum front and rear housings
are used for strength and light weight
Finned aluminum heat sinks are used in the
rectifier system to assure proper heat dissipation
and cooler operation over the entire
operating speed range
Higher efficiency fan for greater air flow
and cooling
Key structural components such as housings
and hardware are interchangeable between
similar mounts
Key functional components such as rotors,
stators, regulators and rectifiers are interchangeable
between all types, reducing
maintenance costs
Strong low speed performance in applications
where engine operating speeds are relatively
low
Large front and rear ball bearings increase
operating life, provide better support for
higher belt loads
Sealed brush cavity reduces contamination,
providing longer brush life
