Orders placed while a customer’s account is not in good standing will be held and not entered into the system or<br />
order queue. When the account returns to good standing, the order will be accepted/entered at that time and the<br />
lead time will start from the date of order acceptance/entry by <strong>Accuride</strong>.<br />
Shipping Policy - Backorders<br />
Order needs to indicate requested shipping procedure:<br />
• Ship Complete; hold to ship with back orders.<br />
• Ship or Cancel; do not hold any back orders.<br />
• Ship Incomplete; ship backorders separately.<br />
• Please note that <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket is not responsible for freight expenses for any backorder<br />

Special Order Items<br />
Special order items shipped out of the manufacturing facilities are shipped freight collect if a separate prepaid<br />
freight qualifying order is not achieved. These items need to be ordered on a separate purchase order. A special<br />
order can be requested to ship with a standard order, however committed lead times do not apply. Customer must<br />
request order to be held, otherwise special order will ship freight collect.<br />
Expedited Shipping Program<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will offer an "Expedited Shipping Program" on all vehicle down orders requiring same day<br />
shipment. The program will work as follows: All vehicle down orders must be received by the <strong>Accuride</strong><br />
Aftermarket Customer Service Department by 12:00 P.M. EST. At that time the customer service representative<br />
will acknowledge the order, and subject to the availability of inventory, <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will guarantee to ship<br />
the order by 3:30 P.M. the same day. Orders received after 12:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the following<br />
business day.<br />
All orders placed will receive an expedited shipping charge of $25.00/invoice, which will appear as a separate line<br />
item charge. The premium charge will not be assessed on orders failing to meet the same day, 3:30 P.M. E.S.T.<br />
deadline. Orders must be limited to no more than six (6) pieces, except for service hardware.<br />
An additional charge of $40 will be assessed if the ship to location is different than <strong>Accuride</strong> customer ship to<br />
locations.<br />

Shipping/Invoice Discrepancy<br />
When a shipping or invoice discrepancy occurs, the customer should contact <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket customer<br />
service department at: (800) 823-8332. Explain the situation or reasons for the discrepancy to the customer<br />
service representative. In the event of a shipping discrepancy, the customer service representative will require<br />
the following documentation in order to process your claim:<br />
1) Purchase order number<br />
2) Part numbers and quantity<br />
3) Debit memo or information on company letterhead<br />
In the event of an overage, or incorrect parts, <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will forward to the customer a Return Material<br />
Authorization (RMA). The RMA helps to ensure proper handling of the product once it reaches <strong>Accuride</strong><br />
Aftermarket. Return of any material to <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket, requires that a copy of the RMA accompany the<br />
product. If return is the result of a customer error, the customer will be responsible for the return freight expense.<br />
If return is the result of an <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket error, <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will be responsible for the return<br />
freight expense. Contact <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket to determine the preferred carrier to ship the return. All returns<br />
that <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket is responsible for the freight must ship via specified carrier. For returns not sent via the<br />
specified preferred carrier, the customer will be charged for excess freight expenses.<br />
All claims must be in writing and reported within (2) weeks after receipt of material.<br />
Shipping Damage Claims<br />
Freight Prepaid Shipments - A claim for damage in transit must be made by the customer to <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket<br />
Customer Service as soon as the damage is discovered. Retain all boxes, cartons, package materials and<br />
damaged product for inspection. <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket Customer Service will then make a claim to the carrier.<br />
Freight Collect - A claim for damage in transit must be made by the customer directly to the carrier/consignee as<br />
soon as the damage is discovered. Retain all boxes, cartons, package materials and damaged product for<br />
inspection by delivery carrier. <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket is not liable for the condition of merchandise as handled by<br />
the consignee once the consignee has accepted the product from <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket. Do not deduct the<br />
damaged product from your payment remittance.<br />
Refused Shipments<br />
“Refused shipments” are not allowed.<br />
Fuel Surcharges<br />
The freight carriers utilized by <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket often impose fuel surcharges as a method of offsetting their<br />
escalating fuel costs. Should rising fuel costs continue, <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket reserves the right to impose a<br />
separate “fuel surcharge” line item on each invoice to offset this added expense.<br />
Freight Allowances<br />
A zonal freight allowance is available from <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket. The zonal freight allowance must be requested<br />
and will be given on all qualifying prepaid freight orders with customer pickup from the shipping FOB location.<br />
Freight allowances will be shown on the invoice as a separate line item reduction. Contact <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket<br />
Customer Service to find out the freight allowance discount for each order. Please note that discount given will<br />
vary based on: order size, order weight, ship from, and ship to location. Freight allowance must be requested at<br />
time of order receipt.<br />

Annual Return Policy<br />
Request for Return Materials Authorization (RMA) should be made through the <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket. Contact<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket Customer Service department by phone at: (800)-823-8332. <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket<br />
Customer Service Department will provide an RMA, via fax, which must accompany the packing list of the<br />
approved return shipment. The shipment must be received no later than 30 days from the issuance of the RMA<br />
number. RMA will be closed for shipments not received within 30 days.<br />

Only one (1) annual inventory adjustment is allowed for each customer. Customer returns are only allowed for<br />
products that are less than (24) months old and must be in resalable condition. Customer returns cannot exceed<br />
4% of their previous (12) months total <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket net purchases. Products that are limited, obsolete,<br />
proprietary, special order, private labeled or service hardware, are non-returnable. On wheel returns, only wheels<br />
that have never been mounted are eligible for return. If refurbishing is required, refurbishing charges will apply.<br />
All returned product will be assessed a 20% restocking charge and subject to rework or required refurbishing,<br />
including repackaging charges.<br />
Each return request must be submitted in writing, with an offsetting order equal to or greater than the value of the<br />
requested return. In turn, <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will issue an RMA for the material to be returned. Return must be<br />
shipped freight prepaid to <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket. Credit will be issued at the lowest price level from the previous<br />
24 months.<br />
Warranty Policies<br />
LIMITED WARRANTY<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket warrants that <strong>Accuride</strong> Extra Service Wheels, <strong>Accuride</strong> Aluminum Wheels, Tubeless<br />
Wheels & Demountable Rims, Duplex® Aluminum Wheels, and Styled Steel Wheels to be free from defects in<br />
workmanship and materials, excluding finish, for a period of five (5) years from date of manufacture.<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket warrants that Duplex® Steel Disc Wheels, Duplex® Demountable Rims, Tube-Type Wheels<br />
& Demountable Rims, Light Truck Wheels, and Steel Bolt-Together Specialty Wheels to be free from defects in<br />
workmanship and materials, excluding finish, for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of manufacture.<br />
The above warranty shall be void if the wheel or rim is altered, modified, or is not used or maintained in<br />
accordance with the instructions printed in <strong>Accuride</strong>’s Rim/Wheel Safety & Service Manual, or is used for tire<br />
sizes, inflation pressures, or load ratings in excess of those set forth in current <strong>Accuride</strong> literature. The above<br />
warranty also does not cover defects resulting from corrosion (except as noted above), other components,<br />
accident, excessive speed or other abnormal or severe operating conditions.<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any product that proves to<br />
be defective with a wheel or rim of like size and type, FOB <strong>Accuride</strong>'s production plant, freight collect.<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> reserves the right to inspect parts for which warranty claims are filed, and if necessary, associated<br />
vehicles and their maintenance records. Parts for which warranty claims are filed must, upon request, be returned<br />
to <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket, with transportation charges pre-paid.<br />
ACCU-SHIELD wheels are warranted for 60 months from the date of manufacture. The Limited Warranty applies<br />
to ACCU-SHIELD wheels and does not cover corrosion, misuse or other damage associated with the conditions<br />
addressed in <strong>Accuride</strong>’s Limited Warranty or associated with (i) any damage in the areas of the mounting<br />
surfaces such as the area under the mounting nuts, hubs, drums and against other wheels in dual position, (ii)<br />
any damage due to cleaning including use of abrasives, abrasive brushes, steel wool, scouring pads or strong<br />
chemicals, and (iii) any damage of the ACCU-SHIELD wheel finish, due to removal, misuse, or chipping, whether<br />
by contact with road obstacles such as stones, gravel, curbs, barriers, signs, or otherwise. <strong>Accuride</strong> recommends<br />
cleaning the wheels with mild soap and water. Refer to <strong>Accuride</strong> Technical Bulletin ACC2.0037 or ACC3.0089,<br />
for recommended cleaning, handling, and repair practices.<br />
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,<br />
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,<br />
WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS<br />
WARRANTY BE DEEMED TO COVER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.<br />

<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket warrants to the original purchaser that Gunite automatic slack adjusters and related<br />
components when installed and maintained in accordance with Gunite instructions, are free from defects in<br />
material and workmanship under normal use and service for over the road line operated trucks and trailers five (5)<br />
years or 500,000 miles, school bus or city delivery vehicles three (3) years or 300,000 miles, or severe service<br />
vehicles two (2) years or 200,000 miles, whichever occurs first.<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket warrants to the original purchaser that Gunite spoke wheels, hubs, brake drums, and brake<br />
rotors are free from defects in material and workmanship <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket agrees to repair or replace,<br />
without charge, any and all Gunite products which fail in normal use and service because of defects in material<br />
and workmanship.<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket warrants to the original purchaser that Gunite TRU-SET disc wheel hub assemblies and<br />
installed components are free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty covers<br />
Truck/Tractor front (steer) axle applications for 3 years/350,000 miles, Truck/Tractor rear (drive) axle applications<br />
for 3 years/350,000 miles, and on Highway trailer axle applications for 5 years/500,000 miles. The TRU-SET<br />
disc wheel hub requires the use of a Seller approved hubcap and lubricant to qualify for warranty coverage.<br />
These warranty periods are effective from the date of manufacture indicated on the hubs or mileage based on the<br />
date placed in service, whichever occurs first. The foregoing warranty will not cover and <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket<br />
makes no warranties with respect to (i) any goods subjected to abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration<br />
or accident; to improper and incorrect installation or maintenance; to abnormal conditions of use, temperature,<br />
moisture, dirt or corrosive matter, or to products that have exceeded Gunite’s acceptable wear limits, and (ii) any<br />
materials, parts, goods or other components that are manufactured by someone other than an<br />
approved source of Gunite.<br />
Highway Original Bumpers<br />
Chrome plated and painted steel bumpers will be warranted (12) months from the date of purchase against<br />
chrome peeling, bubbling, and rusting.<br />
Stainless steel bumpers will be warranted (60) months from the date of purchase against rusting and defects in<br />
material and workmanship.<br />
Warranties<br />
Discoloration, staining, and damage resulting from customer modification and road hazard (debris) damage will<br />
not be warranted. Backside of bumpers is not warrantable. This warranty does not apply if the bumper is exposed<br />
to abnormal conditions or corrosive environments (including, but not limited to, highway de-icing chemicals or unapproved<br />
cleaning agents). It also does not apply if the bumper is incorrectly installed on the truck (including, but<br />
not limited to, over-tightening fasteners causing finish damage). Bumpers will be warranted only for the Highway<br />
Original bumper selling price. All warranties apply to the original purchaser.<br />
Additional <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket Warranty Disclaimer<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for any breach of warranty,<br />
its liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy being expressly limited to repair or replacement of the product as<br />
herein provided. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied except such as is set forth herein.<br />

Warranty Returns<br />
<strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket Warranty Claims Policy requires the original purchaser to obtain authorization to return or<br />
field scrap alleged defective products. <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will at its election have a representative review the<br />
alleged defective product in the field to determine if it is warrantable. Authorization for a claim must be obtained<br />
from <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket according to the following:<br />
1. A warranty claim form must be submitted in writing to <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket – Warranty Claim.<br />
2. All requests must include part number, production date, and quantity of alleged defective material<br />
and dollar amounts.<br />
3. <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will, at its election, review alleged defect in the field or have returned.<br />
4. If approved for return, the warranty claim number and RGA must be referenced. All alleged<br />
defective parts must be returned freight charges prepaid.<br />
5. After inspection of all products <strong>Accuride</strong> Aftermarket will issue credit or replacement product, for<br />
all material determined to be defective. Credit will also be given for corresponding freight<br />
charges.<br />
6. Material determined to be not defective will be held for a period of 30 days, then scrapped, or<br />
returned freight collect.<br />
7. Credit will be issued at current lowest price level.<br />
NOTE: CREDIT FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE REFUSED SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE NOT BE<br />
COMPLETELY SATISFIED<br />
