Any person who hopes to be elected into any
political office in any country most likely has
social media accounts on multiple platforms
Many presidential campaigns are largely
extended through social media platforms.
Campaigners can post their debate videos on
YouTube or post tweets about their ideas that
they have for the United States
People have changed the way that they talk
about elections since social media became
prevalent. It has allowed for people to display
their own ideas and see the ideas of others
halfway across the world. Ideas have never been
easier to express and globalize before

Social media has a very strong impact on
society, considering it has become a large part
of people’s everyday lives.
These days, if you walk into almost any room
you will find lots of people looking down at
their phones, likely scrolling through their
Facebook or Twitter feeds, seeing what their
friends have been up to recently
Regardless of how far away people are from
their friends, they are able to view pictures,
videos, and posts that reflect their interests to
allow them to stay connected across the world,
leading to more globalization interaction

Social media has allowed for scientists to spread
awareness about their discoveries
As an example, meteorologists work hard each
day trying to keep their area safe from severe
weather. With social media, they can make
emergency messages for severe weather
warnings quicker and simpler than television
broadcasts
Furthermore, social media can also be used as a
response mechanism in that it can generate
interest in helping a city recover from a
devastating storm, flood, or tornado by providing
links to donate money or allowing people to share
stories. This brings the globe together as one in
times of crisis

Nowadays, just about every company, big or
small, has a Facebook page so that people
may research about the business and see
what others have to say about it
Additionally, virtually every person in the work
force today has a LinkedIn page that allows
workers to come in contact with each other
LinkedIn is a great way to bring people who
are out in the work force together and connect
with each other to complete business
operations and bring in new employees when
they are needed, even if they are in another
state or even country
